Decision-making in Export Financing Services by Banks in Hungary

The purpose of this paper is to investigate decision-making in export financing services by banks Hungary. case studies are one credit agency and eight commercial banks. data was collected through interviews interpret the content analysis with an inductive approach used. results show that system Hungary tends be centralized bureaucratic a mostly participative leadership style. Effectiveness process influenced decision-related factors, human-qualification organizational contextual factors which can amplified certain other factors.
